Returns Policy
We know you'll love your ARCHER, but in the event that you need to send your item back or try another size, we're here to help!
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges: We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
- Request a return below. Once approved, a return label will be emailed to you.
Requirements:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and placed back into the original bag.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange
Please note:
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after your return is received at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
- Free ground shipping on US orders $250+.
- Orders below $250 are charged a flat rate of $12.
- 2-day shipping is $30 - If the order is placed after 10AM PST, it will be shipped the following business day.
- Next Day shipping is $40 - orders placed after 10AM PST will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
- We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS at this time.

In order to keep our shipping process as efficient as possible for everyone, we are not to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. This includes address and shipping speed changes. Additionally we are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address.
